KEY DEAL: The controversial Warner Ridge development in Woodland Hills scored a victory Thursday, announcing that 20th Century Industries will be the project’s major tenant. . . . The deal is good news for Warner Ridge Partners, who have fended off eight years of legal challenges by the city, Councilwoman Joy Picus and local homeowners.
