Taxation Burden of Americans

I wholeheartedly agree with and applaud the Marotta article on taxation. Its message is exactly what we Republicans have been saying for years. It is best summed up by the last sentence, “Government cannot create real prosperity and real jobs.” How come 43% of the electorate in 1992 failed to understand this rather simple truth?
