NOW abortion rights march, April 9, 1989: 300,000

Solidarity Day labor march, Sept. 19, 1981: 260,000

Martin Luther King civil rights march, Aug. 28, 1963: 250,000

Solidarity Day labor march, Aug. 31, 1991: 250,000
