The Olympic women's downhill course, branded by top skiers as too easy, will be rebuilt and made tougher in time for the 1994 Winter Games, according to organizers in Lillehammer, Norway.

The Lillehammer Olympic Organizing Committee board decided to spend up to $750,000 beefing up the Hafjell downhill course, rather than move the women's event to the men's course at nearby Kvitfjell.
