* Kerry W. Coin has been appointed vice president of strategic development for Carl Karcher Enterprises Inc. in Anaheim. He was formerly a principal with the Chicago management consulting firm of A.T. Kearney Inc., where he managed several assignments for Carl Karcher Enterprises. before that, he was with Kentucky Fried Chicken Corp. for seven years where he held various senior management positions, including vice president of operations services. Coin was also with Del Monte Corp. where, as vice president of information resources, he served as chief information officer and corporate officer in charge of systems and technology.
