BankAmerica Corp. Vice Chairman Nicholas Binkley, 47, has resigned from the nation’s second-largest bank holding company.
Binkley, a former Security Pacific Corp. executive, is the second officer to leave BankAmerica in the last six weeks. Jerry Grundhofer, also a BankAmerica vice chairman, submitted his resignation in late March.
Both resignations were part of employment contracts worked out when Security Pacific was acquired by B of A, the company said.
