NOT CAMERA SHY: Orange County Superior Court Judge Theodore E. Millard, assigned Tuesday to decide a major defense motion in Los Angeles’ Reginald Denny case (A16), is well respected by prosecutors and criminal lawyers here. But it’s the TV news people who may hold him most in awe: Millard has zealously led the effort to rid the front of the courthouse in Santa Ana of illegally parked TV news trucks. . . . “It’s the duty of judges to provide a dignified forum to protect due process,” Millard says. “It shouldn’t be a circus out front like it was.”
