3 Promoted by Medical Device-Maker I-Flow

James J. Dal Porto has been appointed corporate executive vice president for I-Flow Corp., an Irvine manufacturer of medical devices. Dal Porto, who joined the company in 1989 as controller, was promoted to vice president of finance and administration and corporate treasurer in 1991. With his new appointment, he continues his administrative responsibilities as well as those of treasurer and chief financial officer. In addition, R. Douglas Barton has been appointed to the position of director of U.S. sales, and Anthony E. Norkus to the position of marketing director. Barton, who was appointed to the position of Southern regional sales manager in 1992, joined I-Flow from Allergan Inc., where he was a national accounts manager. Norkus, who was appointed to the position of western regional sales manager in 1991, joined I-Flow from the Strato medical division of Pfizer Hospital Medical Products, where he was district sales manager and product director of infusion devices.
