The broadcasts would jog the memories of possible witnesses, cops thought. But a week after Devonshire Division officers staged the re-enactment, police are as bereft of leads and suspects as they were before. . . . One problem: The video was largely overshadowed by coverage on the same day of the big apartment building fire in Los Angeles.
