Petrominerals Corp.: The Tustin crude-oil and natural-gas production company lost $257,000, or 3 cents a share, for the first quarter. That compared to a loss of $240,000, or 3 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue was down 46% to $917,000 from $1.7 million. The company attributed the decline to a significant reduction in the production service division’s activities in the San Joaquin Valley.
