HOLLYWOOD : Mother of Abandoned 14-Month-Old Boy Seized
A woman whose 14-month-old son was left on a Hollywood doorstep was in custody Friday, booked on suspicion of child endangerment, police said.
Tracy Nowosielski, 24, was arrested Thursday at 3rd and Alvarado streets by officers who recognized her from newscasts, said Los Angeles Police Officer Les Wyeth of the Hollywood Station.
The baby was found by a security guard about 4 a.m. Monday in front of an apartment building on Virginia Avenue. The boy was placed in the custody of the Department of Children’s Services.
