Switzerland’s Jorg Muller won the ninth stage of the Tour DuPont, and Lance Armstrong cut four seconds off Raul Alcala’s lead after the race’s toughest stage.
Muller won the 150.9-mile road race from The Homestead to Beech Mountain, N.C., in 7 hours 38 seconds.
