Howard H. Rolapp, 93, former president of Security Title Insurance Co. A native of Ogden, Utah, who was educated at the University of Utah, Rolapp served in the Army during World War I. He moved to Los Angeles in 1931, and for 25 years worked for the title insurance firm, which later merged with SAFECO Insurance. Rolapp became president in 1952 and resigned in 1956. On May 8 in Salt Lake City.
