SALES LIGHT UP: Looks as if smokers in Moorpark will be on the outside sucking in, under an anti-smoking law headed for approval (Section B). But tobacco bashing doesn’t seem to bother folks who sell the stuff. . . . “We’re doing real well,” said Jerry McKnight at the Pipe & Stein tobacco store in Oxnard. At Smoker’s Castle in Ventura, business is up because of health concerns. “Most domestic cigarettes are full of chemicals,” salesman Dorian Calkins said. “So people switch to pipes. It’s healthier.”
