Carolyn A. Bruskin has joined Woodward-Clyde Consultants in Santa Ana as project engineer, managing the community relations practice. She was formerly with the Orange County Sanitation Districts, managing water conservation programs. Before that, Bruskin was a project engineer and manager for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. In addition, William R. Hutchison, a hydrologist with 12 years’ professional experience, has joined the firm as a senior project hydrologist. L. Denise Clendening has been appointed a project scientist. She was previously with Chevron, where she worked in exploration and production activities, including oil-spill response.
