HBO International named Steve Rosenberg and Bruce Gamache executive vice presidents.
Rosenberg since 1990 has been senior vice president at HBO International, the global development and operations unit. Gamache was previously vice president of finance and analysis at HBO.
The two men report to Lee deBoer, president of HBO International.
