ORANGE CRUNCH: Christian Keena, a Tustin attorney who specializes in bankruptcy, says the number of small businesses filing for protection from creditors has skyrocketed in Orange County (D1). Keena, a former Mission Viejo mayor, says he sees many clients with health problems from the stress of dealing with creditors. “Bankruptcy attorneys are almost like quasi-doctors,” he says. “I’m telling you, people come in here just wringing their hands.”
