Likeable Style scored her fifth victory in six starts Saturday, taking the lead midway through the stretch and beating Adorydar by 1 1/4 lengths in the $106,200 Honeymoon Handicap at Hollywood Park.

Ridden by Eddie Delahoussaye and carrying high weight of 122 pounds, Likeable Style covered 1 1/16 miles in 1:46 1/5 on a muddy track and, as the 7-10 favorite, paid $3.40, $2.40 and $2.10.

The 42nd running of the race for 3-year-old fillies was scheduled to be run on the turf, but was moved to the main track because of rain late Friday and early Saturday.

The rain resulted in the first off-track at Hollywood Park’s spring-summer meeting since May 28, 1990, and only the 18th in 3,154 spring-summer meeting days since Hollywood Park opened in 1938.

The most recent off-track during the fall-winter meeting was on Dec. 12, 1991.

The victory was worth $62,200, increasing Likeable Style’s earnings to $275,300.

Adorydar finished 1 3/4 lengths ahead of Vinista and returned $2.60 and $2.20.

Vinista was 3 1/2 lengths in front of Nortena and paid $2.40 to show.

Passing Vice finished fifth and last. Amal Hayati, Icy Warning, Mighty Icy and On The Catwalk were scratched because of the move from turf.
