Envoy to Italy Chosen

WASHINGTON —
Foreign Service officer Reginald Bartholomew will be nominated to be ambassador to Italy, President Clinton announced Tuesday. Bartholomew recently served as U.S. special envoy to the former Yugoslavia and U.S. representative to NATO. He earlier served as ambassador to Spain and Lebanon.
