Sen. Specter ‘Feels Fine’ After Brain Surgery

PHILADELPHIA —
Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.) left the hospital Friday, four days after successful surgery to remove a brain tumor doctors determined was benign.
“I feel fine. I have no pain,” Specter said in a news conference before leaving the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
