CAMARILLO : Health Care District Names New Member
The Camarillo Health Care District board has appointed Patricia Marchioni to fill the seat left vacant by the death of board member Jim Jeffers.
Marchioni, 38, who works as personnel director for the Ventura County Community College District, will begin serving on the board immediately.
She will be up for election in November, 1996, which is when Jeffers’ four-year term expires.
Jeffers died in April, five months after he was elected to the five-member board.
The health care district is a taxpayer-funded agency that offers a counseling program to teen-agers and various services for senior citizens.
