You don’t need to be an experienced baker to win the $10,000 grand prize in Quaker Oatmeal’s recipe contest; you just need a way with oats. At least two cups of oats are required for recipes in the cookie category, but only one cup in the desserts and bread/muffins categories. In addition to the grand prize, three $2,000 first prizes, three $1,000 second prizes and 25 cookie tins will be awarded.
