Georgia Man Freed From Vietnam Prison

ATLANTA — A Vietnamese-American imprisoned when he returned to his homeland to try to expand a second political party there has been allowed to return home to Georgia.
Nguyen Si Binh, who spent 14 months in a prison in Ho Chi Minh City, was to arrive in Atlanta Friday night, his family said.
