HomeBase Inc. Promotes Baker to Executive V.P.

* Mark Baker has been promoted to executive vice president and general merchandise manager for HomeBase Inc., the Fullerton-based home improvement warehouse chain. Baker joined HomeBase last year as vice president of merchandising. Before that, he was vice president, marketing for Scotty’s Inc. in Winter Haven, Fla.
