Chatsworth Toy Firm Gets Rights to New Line

With Design in Mind International Inc., a Chatsworth maker of toys and novelty gift items, said it has acquired the rights to distribute a new line of patented greeting cards and ornaments with “pop-out” compact discs from Deco Disc Industries Inc. in Burbank.

The agreement gives Deco Disc warrants to purchase as much as 16% of With Design’s common stock. The warrants are good for five years.
