ANAHEIM — Comarco Inc. and an Arlington, Va., company have resumed merger discussions, Comarco said Tuesday.
After a major Comarco shareholder objected, the company in June dropped negotiations with CACI International Inc., a computer system software services company.
CACI resurfaced as a potential merger partner after it “provided information” to address concerns of Okebena Partnership K, which holds 7.2% of Anaheim-based Comarco’s shares. The companies did not announce a date for the conclusion of the discussions now under way.
Comarco provides facility management services, engineering services and wireless communications products to the public and private sectors.
