Standard Pacific Corp.: The Costa Mesa home builder recorded a profit of $178,000, or 1 cent a share, for the second quarter. That compared to earnings of $1.6 million, or 5 cents a share, for the corresponding 1992 period. Revenue was down 11% to $70.2 million from $79.2 million. For the first six months of 1993, earnings totaled $2.2 million, or 7 cents a share, which included a gain of $858,000 from an accounting change. That compared to a profit of $3.3 million, or 11 cents a share, for the same period last year. Six-month revenue declined 13% to $122.5 million from $140.1 million.
