SysteMed Inc. The Laguna Hills manager of prescription drug benefit systems reported second quarter net income of $51,000. That compares with year-earlier net income of $12,000 after accounting for losses of $191,000 from discontinued operations and $368,000 from paying off debt early. Revenue increased 17%, to $34.6 million from $29.5 million. For the first six months of 1993, the company posted a net loss of $426,000, or 2 cents a share, contrasted with net income of $666,000, or 3 cents a share, for the 1992 first half. Revenue of $65.4 million was up 12% from $58.3 million.
