Ropak Corp.: The Fullerton maker of plastic packaging and handling products for food, coatings and agricultural products posted net income of $1.8 million, or 40 cents a share, for the second quarter, on sales of $32 million. For the corresponding 1992 period, net income totaled $1.6 million, or 37 cents a share, on revenue of $29.1 million. For the first half, net income dropped 35% from the 1992 period to $1.3 million, or 29 cents a share, from $2 million, or 48 cents a share. Sales increased 3% to $51.9 million from $50.6 million.
