Ocean Ranch Village at 95%: At least 95% of the 88,850 square feet available at Ocean Ranch Village, Phase II, a community shopping center in Laguna Niguel, is already leased or committed, according to Shea Business Properties in Walnut, which is developing, building and leasing the center.

Tenants who have signed leases include Wells Fargo Bank, Edwards Cinema and an Olive Garden Italian restaurant. The project is expected to open in the fall.

When completed, Ocean Ranch Village will be Orange County’s largest coastal community shopping center south of Newport Beach. It will have about 300,000 square feet on 27 acres.
