Aurora Electronics Inc.: The Irvine recycler of integrated circuits for the electronics industry posted a third-quarter profit of $21,000, which included a gain of $500,000 from discontinued operations, on revenue of $10 million. For the nine months ended June 30, net income was $2.5 million, or 41 cents a share, on revenue of $39.4 million. The company said that because of the discontinuation of all of the company’s prior businesses and the acquisition of Micro-C Corp., it does not believe comparisons with prior-year results are meaningful.
