Pacific Enterprises Names Farman President: Seeking to focus on its natural gas operations, the firm elevated its key gas executive. Farman, 58, will remain chief executive of Southern California Gas Co., the firm’s principal subsidiary. Willis Wood will step down as PE’s president when Farman assumes his new duties Sept. 1. Southern California Gas is the nation’s largest natural gas utility, serving one out of every 12 gas customers in the United States.
