Reto Braun Leaving Unisys: Unisys Corp. announced the departure of its president and chief operating officer and said it is streamlining its organization to respond better to market changes. Braun resigned to become president of Moore Corp., a maker of business forms and systems in Toronto. The reorganization will combine the computer company’s business units into three groups. Two will be responsible for marketing, with one aimed solely at government customers. The third is more product-oriented and in charge of manufacturing and development, and includes a new unit responsible for networks of small computers. Chief Executive James Unruh will lead the information services and systems group, the group responsible for marketing to non-government customers. Executives of the two other groups will report to him.
