CoCensys Inc.: The Irvine developer of products for treating disorders of the central nervous system posted a second-quarter loss of $2.6 million, or 29 cents a share, compared to a loss of $1.5 million, or 21 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. For the first half, the company reported a loss of $4.8 million, or 56 cents a share, compared to a loss of $2.8 million, or 39 cents a share, a year earlier. The company reported no revenue.
