Memorial Service for NASA Pilot Thompson

A public memorial service for pioneering test pilot Milton O. Thompson will be conducted at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the auditorium of NASA’s Dryden Flight Research Facility at Edwards Air Force Base. Thompson, who died Friday in Lancaster at age 67, had been chief engineer at Dryden since 1975. The funeral and burial Monday will be private.
