He had been chief financial officer of Alliance, a provider of magnetic resonance imaging services. Terrence M. White has joined the company as senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer. White was most recently a partner with Ernst & Young. In addition, the company said James E. Buncher was elected to its board of directors. Buncher is president and chief executive officer of CCN Inc., a San Diego-based developer and operator of managed care networks for workers’ compensation and group health plans.
