World IN BRIEF : THAILAND : 6 Arrested in Hotel Collapse; 100 Dead

Police arrested and charged six people, including the owner of the Royal Plaza Hotel, with criminal negligence in connection with the collapse of the hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima, 130 miles northwest of Bangkok. Rescue crews continued to dig tunnels and lift slabs of debris to search for survivors in the wreckage of a six-story hotel. The death toll has passed 100, with more than 50 still missing.
