Wonderware Corp. Reports a Second-Quarter Profit Increase

Wonderware Corp., the Irvine industrial software company, posted second-quarter profit of $756,827, or 8 cents a share, up from earnings of $269,511, or 3 cents a share, for the second quarter of 1992.

Revenue more than doubled to $4.9 million from $2.4 million. For the first six months of 1993, profit rose to $1.4 million, or 15 cents a share, from $451,406, or 5 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Six-month revenue increased to $9.1 million from $4.2 million.
