Bank Names New Branch Business Manager

* Coleen L. Clifford has been appointed to the newly created position of branch business manager for Fidelity Federal Bank’s Huntington Beach and Corona del Mar branch offices. She has held branch management positions with Fidelity Federal for the past 11 years. Patricia S. Hutt, who has been with the bank for 13 years, has been appointed branch operations manager of the Huntington Beach office. Also, Richard L. Elliott has been appointed financial services manager of the two branches. He will be responsible for the investment products marketed through Gateway Investment Services, an affiliate of the bank.
