Erra is senior vice president and director of clinic operations for Scripps Clinic & Research Foundation, and a vice president at ScrippsHealth. Previously, he was president and chief executive of Western Health Plans Inc. In addition, Harlan J. Langstraat was promoted to senior vice president of field operations, and Steven K.
