* The Community Forum on Health Insurance held July 27 at the Santa Ana Senior Citizens Center was a disgusting sham. Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi appeared to use it as a “political rally” for governor. His position seemed to be “let government do it for you, we’ll do a better job” and to hell with private business--which, incidentally, is what made this country the world power it is today and gave Mr. Garamendi his job.
