The bankruptcy filing of Bistro 201’s parent company, West Coast Restaurant Ventures, has been dismissed after a resolution of a rent dispute with the restaurant’s landlord.

Bistro 201 was closed and padlocked for a week in July over the dispute, and the parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as a way to defend itself. A payment agreement was reached and approved by the bankruptcy court, according to court documents.

The restaurant, which was founded by David Wilhelm, has been back in business since July 15.
