Monster Marathon Will Let Zombies Promote Album

Proving that their music can travel fast and light, the Swamp Zombies, a folk-punk trio from Orange County, will celebrate the release of their fifth album, “Spunk!,” by playing in seven locations in one day on Saturday.

The tour will begin at 10 a.m. at Piggyback Records in San Juan Capistrano and will move on to Dana Point Village, Main Beach in Laguna Beach, the Balboa Fun Zone and the Newport Pier in Newport Beach, the Huntington Beach Pier, and the Belmont Shores area of Long Beach. This being rock ‘n’ roll rather than a railroad, the Swamp Zombies haven’t set a timetable for each stop.
