Nigeria College Strike Ends

LAGOS, Nigeria —
College instructors on Friday ended a strike that shut down all universities in Nigeria for four months.
Leaders of unions representing 23,000 instructors voted to accept a government offer to increase financing of higher education by $4.5 million.
