Astro Sciences Reports 46% Drop in Earnings

Astro Sciences Corp., a Chatsworth maker of network communication products, said its earnings fell 46% for its fiscal first quarter that ended June 30 compared with a year earlier.
In the latest quarter, the company earned $70,136 on revenue of $2.61 million. That compares with earnings of $130,031 on revenue of $2.52 million for the same period a year earlier.
