Britain Seeking Lower Drug Prices: Faced with the need to control health care costs, the government is poised to tighten the screws on drug companies. The companies’ alternative is to have their products blacklisted in one of Europe’s biggest drug markets. The British government needs no legislative approval to implement the rules, which will take effect by early November.
