Allergan, Firm Enter Joint Promotion Pact

IRVINE — Allergan Inc., a maker of skin- and eye-care products, said Thursday it has an agreement with Summit Technology Inc. to jointly promote a laser system and other products to eye specialists.
Summit, based in Waltham, Mass., makes a laser used to treat eye problems such as nearsightedness and farsightedness.
