Time Warner to Fully Own Theme Parks: The company said it has purchased the remaining $70-million equity in Six Flags Theme Parks. In making the announcement, Gerald M. Levin, Time Warner’s chairman and chief executive, said: “During the past two years, our ownership position in the Six Flags Theme Parks has enabled us to extend and support our films, cartoons, comic books, magazines and other properties and to market and merchandise our familiar brands and franchises in the unique theme park setting.”
