Technology Pact: Urethane Technologies Inc. said it has signed an agreement to supply Vermax Inc. with technology to make bathtubs, sinks and other bathroom fixtures out of polyurethane, a hard plastic. The Irvine company develops polyurethane products such as no-flats bicycle tires and licenses the technology to manufacturers. Vermax, based in Salt Lake City, makes bathroom fixtures for commercial customers, including hotels.
