Volunteer Firefighter Charged With Setting Fire

MARTINSBURG, W. Va. —
A volunteer firefighter has been charged with setting a tire fire that burned for three days at a dump he had been hired to guard. Charles David Knox, 30, of Inwood, was arraigned Monday and jailed in lieu of $50,000 bond.
